Voon 由2000年開始一直為自己擁有的電子產品撰寫評論。因為他的舊網站並沒有內容管理系統，所以發表或更新文章時需要依賴網頁設計師的幫忙，令他感到十分不便。

方案

  1. 我們使用內容管理系統( Content Management System / CMS)，這樣Voon不用了解HTML亦可自行發表新的評論，整個過程與使用MS Word無異，因此不需要花額外時間學習
  2. CMS內設有留言功能，比以往沒有留言功能更能與讀者互動。留言系統同時有防止濫發及阻隔廣告留言功能，有效減少管理留言的時間
  3. CMS亦可連結Facebook, Twitter, Google+ 和有 RSS Feed訂閱功能，這些功能可以在後台自行開關，不用擔心同時兼顧太多社交網絡而造成負擔
  4. 除了功能上的增加和改善外，我們亦為TheVooner.com設計新的標誌、顏色選擇、和icon設計，令整個網站保持統一和更深刻的印象

方案

  1. 首先為網站內容進行優化，使關鍵字出現頻率恰到好處，更在Yahoo排到首頁的位置
  2. 網站使用內容管理系統，無需要HTML經驗，亦可更新和新增內容，省卻學習HTML的時間
  3. 因為網站需要出售DVD，因此加入了電子商務（PayPal）
  4. 首頁使用了Flash幻燈片
  5. 課程頁面加入了燈箱
  6. 聯絡表格使用了CAPTCHA，有效阻隔垃圾郵件
